Welcome Sisters and Brothers!

My name is Pronoia. I am a second degree initiate of the Circle of the Stag. I have been following the Wiccan path since my late high school years. There were a lot of factors that led to that decision, but the main two were the consideration Wicca shows to other spiritualities and its acceptance of LGBTQIA individuals. My wife is very supportive of my path and has attended many of the coven’s public events.

If you are just starting out on this journey, my first piece of advice to you would be to find your community. Learning from personal experience and books is wonderful. If you want to be a solitary that is an entirely valid choice. But for me personally, finding local wiccans, witches, druids and pagans to talk to was a life changer. I was able to debate with and bounce ideas off them, and it made me question what I’d read then redefine my approach to my deities. It helped me develop my own rituals and beliefs. Once I knew what I needed, I had a better idea of what/who to seek out. I was invited to Circle of the Stag through Colleen, and the family I’ve found there brings me incredible joy.
