A short essay by T. Thorn Coyle, “Set Free The Past: An Essay on Regret”. It goes well with this season of sacrifice. A reminder that attachment to past events, relationships, regrets, &/or embarrassments (which often looks and feels like repeatedly beating yourself up over the same story(ies)) can really hold us back, and we would do well to actively identify and release these parts of ourselves so we can continue becoming and growing into our full selves.
